How do I onboard?
Onboarding involves 3 steps and takes between 4 and 10 minutes:
- Create your Fincome account
- Connect your billing tools and bank accounts to our platform. You can edit, add, or delete these data sources at any time
- Access your dashboard and start managing your business
Your data is usually available within 2 hours. Our team is there to help whenever needed.
Can I use Fincome with my existing apps?
We're adding integrations with new billing tools every month to simplify your use of Fincome.
Our current integrations include Stripe Billing, Chargebee, Pennylane, and more than 200 European banks.
Can I use Fincome if there’s no integration with my billing tool?
Of course! Even if there’s no integration or your tool is custom-built. Just import your billing data in Excel format. It’s that simple!
How long does it take to set up my dashboard?
You can access your dashboard between 2 and 3 hours after onboarding. This does not require any action on your side.
To get an analytical overview of your metrics, you will be asked to either connect your billing system or to upload this billing data in spreadsheet format.
Setting up your dashboard is very simple and can be done in 15-30 minutes on average, depending on how much billing data you input. Use the filters and search bar to bulk import your data.

How much time will Fincome save me?
Based on feedback from our clients and our experience, Fincome shaves up to 90% off the time you spend generating reports.

How quickly are my reports generated and how often?
Your reports are generated automatically in real time, once your data sources are connected.
You can receive a summary by email on a weekly and/or monthly basis, depending on your needs. You can also share this summary with others, such as partners, investors, or any other person you like.
Can I customize my dashboard?
Our dashboard gives you a complete overview of your performance.
Our solution is constantly evolving. If you are a member of our Power User Club, you can tell us your needs and we will integrate them into the next iterations of our solution.
I don't have investors. Is Fincome still worth it?
The analytical dashboard designed by Fincome is not built for investors.
It's built for you, and includes most of the management indicators that you need to run your business (MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, etc.).
Our goal is to ensure that you have the right information at the right time to make your strategic and operational decisions.

Is my data safe?
The data you share with us is critical for your business. We ensure the highest security in our data handling. That’s why we collect your data via read-only API.
All your data is encrypted to keep it safe and cannot be accessed by third parties. All transfers between the databases and computing instances are also encrypted for guaranteed protection.
We host your data on European servers that comply with the strictest standards of cybersecurity (ISO 27001). This gives you guaranteed real-time access to your subscription analytics.
